Life before onpoint 365
I am a proud Gulumerridjin (Larrakia), Wardaman & Karajarri Saltwater Woman living in Canberra.
I started working at onpoint as a part-time after school job, helping my parents as they founded onpoint 365. This was my first professional role in providing administration support. It was fantastic development and gave me an excellent work ethic and insights to business. Before onpoint 365 I was at school. I studied at Radford College and am now a proud alumnus. My interests include health lifestyle and exercise and my wonderful social network of friends. I am also studying Psychology at University of Sydney and loving it.
Life at onpoint 365
I am responsible for Marketing.  I love sharing what we are doing as a team, planning our community involvement and sharing the wonderful achievements of our team. Of course, we share opportunities for employment from our wonderful clients. It is great that every day is different, and I can work with everyone and learn from the whole team.
Top recruitment tip
As a younger person, I would love to share a tip or two with people joining the labour market. If you have not worked with a team of professional recruiters before, its easy – our team will make time to get to know you and provide helpful tips about your resume, job hunting, opportunities you may not have considered, career advice and insights about workplaces. Think of our recruiters as your career coach! They are here for your success! And let’s talk ghosting, no need to ghost – just send your recruiter a polite update on your situation.
Interesting fact about you
I love to crochet! Proudly self-taught too!
Why I love working at onpoint 365
I am excited to work for a company with great integrity and welcomes diversity. I feel comfortable at work, and I know my colleagues do too. Lately we have been sharing our culture with our team members and it’s so rewarding to hear from everyone and learn about their culture, their lives and share in our food traditions. As an Aboriginal person, I love getting involved in Indigenous community events with the team – I especially enjoy the annual kids Indigenous art workshops we run as part of the NAIDOC Family and Community Day each year.
